December 28, 2025Do not use i ordered an executive car when I got there my driver did not awnser the phone plus ride also did not check with driver to make sure he will be there when i arrived driver was a no show and plus ride said there would be an executive car on its way when the driver showed it was a toyata Prius and had to wait over an hour the driver took the long way and plus ride gave wrong postcode the driver took this out on me and was complaining that he wasn’t getting enough for the job I ended up having to give him an extra 20 pound when I came to plus ride with all of this information they tried to say that they would give me 20 pound compensation but this is not even the difference between a normal car and an executive car now they are ignoring all my calls and text this company is a scam do not use
